Henry Juroviesky is a former Internal Revenue Service Chief Counsel attorney who has experience as a Senior Manager in KPMG’s US Corporate Tax Group. At KPMG, Henry regularly advised US and Canadian companies on all aspects of US taxation and corporate transactions. He identified opportunities and helped implement tax solutions which had the net effect of lowering clients’ worldwide tax bills.

Henry earned his JD degree in law at the University of Pennsylvania and is a current member of the Maryland Bar.

He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland.

Jonathane Ricci has experience as a Manager in KPMG’s US Corporate Tax Group. At KPMG, Jonathane provided daily tax and consulting services to a portfolio of clients. He offered strategic and creative tax positions to clients operating in the US, which also served to lower their worldwide tax liability.

Jonathane earned his JD degree in law at Michigan State University and is a current member of the Michigan Bar.

He also attended Georgetown University Law Center in Washington DC for an LL.M. (Masters) in US Tax with an emphasis in International Taxation.

Jonathane is also a current member of the US Tax Court.

Mark Feigenbaum specializes in individual US tax planning including planning for those moving to or from the US, and in particular he focuses on US and cross border estate planning and minimization of the US estate, gift and generation skipping taxes. He also assists individuals, law firms, accounting firms and financial institutions with US and foreign trust tax consulting, and he has experience with US exempt organizations and Canadian not-for-profit companies required to file exempt organization reports in the US. Mark also represents taxpayers who have controversies before the IRS.

Mark has a bachelor’s degree and law degree from California, a master’s degree from Michigan, Ph.D.(ABD) from University of Toronto and is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois. He is on the faculty at Wilfrid Laurier University and teaches US taxation at York University.
